Burial in Tarter's Chapel Cemetery, 4350 Milltown Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 4pmCT, Sunday, April 15, 2012. He was son of the late Ben and Annie Janes Smith. He died Saturday, April 14, 2012, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 85 years, 7 months, and 14 days., In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Shirley Smith on October 14, 2003, one son, Willard Smith, and one grandchild, David Smith.
