Funeral services will be conducted at 3pmCT on Monday, April 2, 2012 in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with Dr. Mark Shelton officiating. The family will receive friends after 4pmCT on Sunday April 1, 2012 until the time of service on Monday. Burial will follow in the Burkesville Cemetery, North Main Street, Burkesville, KY. Eugene McClendon, Burkesville, KY (1935-2012) He was born on Saturday, July 27, 1935 Fawbush, Kentucky the son of Arville and Lucy Carrinder McClendon. He died Thursday, March 29, 2012, in Burkesvillle, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 76 years, 8 months, and 2 days. He was a member of Branham Grove Baptist Church, and a computer technician for General Motors in Anderson, IN. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Earl McClendon, Everrett McClendon; his son, Brion Ferge; and his grandson, Victor Brooks Gilbert.He is survived by his wife, Barbara Bolin McClendon of Burkesville, KY and the following:
