Columbia, KY area participants in Berea event David Waltz, Adair County; Patricia Ritter, Cumberland County; and Peggy Sherry, Pulaski County among 41 Kentucky artisans at Sunday, March 18, 2012, Event Click on headline for full story with photo(s) By Gwen Heffner News from the Kentucky Artisan Center A meet-the-artists reception for the exhibition, "About Face: Kentucky Artisan Works Inspired by the Human Face," was held on Sunday, March 18, from 1pm-3pmET, at the Kentucky Artisan Center, 200 Artisan Way, Berea, KY. This exhibit featured a wide range of works in which the human face is a central element, focal point or inspiration. Created by 41 Kentucky artisans working in photography, painting, fiber, clay, gourds, wood, bronze, collage and mixed-media, this exhibit showcases both realistic and abstract works.
