AC School 2011-12 year ends May 14, 2012 2012 School Year slated to start August 8, 2012 Click on headline for full story, new calendars By Brenda Mann, Assistant Superintendent News from the Adair Co., KY School District The 2011-2012 Amended School Calendar ends school for students on Monday, May 14, 2012 and the 2012-2013 School Calendar slates Wednesday, August 8, 2012 as the first day for students in the upcoming school year. Spring break April 9-13 will be the last break before students head into the final days of school. Students and staff are continuing focus and persistence in preparing for the new state spring assessments to be administered the last fourteen days of the District calendar. As the current school year winds down, plans are being put in place for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year with August 8 scheduled as the first day of attendance for students.The amended 2011-2012 School Calendar and the 2012-2013 School Calendar can also be viewed in their entirety on the Adair County School District web site at Adair Co., KY, School District -Brenda Mann This story was posted on 2012-03-19 06:18:29
