Ottis Ray Foley, 84 Hwy 379, Russell Springs, KY, died Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at his home in Russell Springs, KY.

Funeral services will be at 2pmCT, Friday, March 16, 2012, at the First Baptist Church, 392 E. Steve Warriner DR, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Jeff Griffin the officiating clergy. Special music will be rendered by Brenda Root and Donna Floyd. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Thursday, March 15, 2012, at the Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY. Burial will be in the Russell Springs City Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Mike Foley, Ricky Aaron, Don Cooper, H.K. Cooper, Mike duffy, and Ryan Wolff.

He was born October 31, 1927, in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Cordelia Jane Cooper Foley and the late James Logan Foley. He died Tuesday, March 13, 2012, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY at the age of 84 years, 4 months, and 13 days.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Faye Grider Foley and by seven brothers and sisters.

He was a carpenter and a a member of the Russell Springs First Baptist Church.

He is survived by the following:
  • One daughter: Kathy (Kenny) Hammond, Jamestown, KY

  • One granddaughter: Deandra Brook (Ryan) Wolff, Huntsville, AL

  • One sister: Shirley (Arlo) Richards, Macon, GA

  • One brother: J.L. Foley, Russell Springs, KY
