Elliott, 85, passed away on Tuesday, March 6th, 2012 at hisresidence. Visitation will be on Thursday evening March 8, 2012 after 6pmET/5pmCT, at theBartle Funeral Home. 231 Lynn Street, Middleburg, KY. Funeral services officiated by Reverend Bill Hillwill be held Friday, March 9, 2012, at 1pmET/12pm noon CT, at Bartle Funeral Home, Middleburg. Burial will follow in the Middleburg Cemetery. David Greene (D.G.) Elliott, Casey Co., KY (1926-2012) He was born in Middleburg, Casey County, KY on March 22, 1926. He was the son of Luther Elliott and Eva Sims Elliott (both deceased). He died Thursday, March 8, 2012 at the age of 85 years, 11 months, and 17 days. He was afarmer and retired school teacher with the Lincoln County School system and amember of the Middleburg Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by threebrothers, Paul, Silas and James Elliott and two sisters; Ruth Miller and Ruby Fleming. Survivors include his spouse, Thelma Mushin Elliott, and the following;
