Graveside services will be held 1pmCT, Thursday, February 23, 2012, at the Masonic and Odd Fellows Cemetery, 12740 Oddfellow Lane, Benton, Illinois. There will be no local service in Edmonton, KY. Born in Zeigler, Illinois he was the son of the late Dale O. and Amanda Kingrey Carter. He was a retired farmer. He is survived by his wife Margaret L. Carter, of Edmonton, KY and the following:
