Fire destroys four vacant mobile homes at Windmill Home Park Origin of fire still unknown. Location about 11 miles from firestation, on western side of Adair County, KY. By Donald Hare, Public Affairs Officer Columbia/Adair County Fire Department The Adair County Fire Dept responded to a mobile home fire at 9299 Edmonton Road, Columbia, KY, at 2:31amCT, on Thursday morning, February 16, 2012. Upon arrival to the Windmill Mobile Home Park they found four vacant mobile homes engulfed in fire. They were a total loss. There were 10 firemen on the scene for around 1 hour and 15 minutes.
