Koch, Public Affairs Officer, Region 2 Kentucky State Police, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement FRANKFORT, KY - The Kentucky State Police is partnering with the University of Kentucky and the Warren County Extension Office to provide a 'Farmer Outreach' forum that will forge enhanced relationships between law enforcement and the agricultural community. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday February 16, 2012 at 5:30pmCT at the United Producers, Inc (UPI) 4350 Louisville Road, Bowling Green, KY. Topics of discussion will include safety regulations, licensing requirements and driver qualifications.
