Burying cables great for everyone but the Squirrels Rickie Williams writes: Concerning a comment you made in an article, I too think that the electric, phone and cable utility lines ought to be under ground wherever it is feasible to do so. Supposedly, there is going to be some major water line work done in the Jones-Wright area. There would be no better time for the various services to "work together" and bury the hatchet...I mean the lines.
