Dortha Lee Hall, 78, Greensburg, KY (d. Jan. 17, 2012) She was a member of a large family with strong family ties in Kentucky and elswhere. She was a retired caregiver and a member of the New Jerusalem Tabernacle. Dortha Lee Hall age 78 of Greensburg, KY, died Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. Funeral services will be held 11amCT, Saturday, January 21, 2012, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY with burial in the Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 5pmCT-8pmCT, at Butler Funeral Home, . She was the daughter of the late Albert and Lori Eddie Strader Parnell. She was a retired caregiver and member of the New Jerusalem Tabernacle. She is survived by her husband Marvin Hall of Greensburg, KY, and the following:
