David Dinsmore, Mannsville, KY (1936-2011)

He was a U.S. Navy veteran with service in Korea, a lifetime member of both the VFW and the American Legion Post in Campbellsville, KY. He will be accorded full military honors by the Marion County Honor Guard at services at the Lebanon National Cemetery

David Dinsmore, age 75 years of Mannsville, KY passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 4:45 A.M. at his home after an illness.

Graveside services will beTuesday, January 3, 2012 at 10amET/9amCT, at the Lebanon National Cemetery, 20 Hwy 208, Lebanon , KY, with military honors presented by the Marion County Honor Guard. Bro. Donald Gowen will be the officiating clergy. There will be no visitation and donations may be made to Hosparus of Central Kentucky Campellsville, KY.



David Dinsmore, Mannsville, KY (1936-2011)

He was born Thursday, May 7, 1936 in Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois. He was the son of the late Robert Truman and the late Ruth Jeannette Duff Dinsmore. He died Thursday, December 29, 2011, at Mannsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 75 years, 7 months, and 22 days.

He is survived by his wife: Mary Francis Smith Dinsmore of Mannsville, KY, and the following:
  • One son: Patrick Dinsmore and wife Connie of Hainesville, Illinois

  • One brother: Robert T. Dinsmore III of Springfield, Illinois

  • Two grandsons: Kyle and Ryan Dinsmore
Mr. Dinsmore was a US Navy veteran serving in Korea, a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion Post in Campbellsville, KY.
