He has spent about $2,000,000 on 22 new Volvo trucks and trailers and built a huge new center, added onto his 15-plus acre complex across the river from Louisville. He has close to 240 workers and always looks for good drivers - in the fall he adds seasonal workers. Mister "P" Express also offers driver training education,http://www.otrtraining.com/.

He is always quick to give the glory to his creator and then he adds strong work ethic learned as a boy with beginnings in Sparksville to an aggressive marketing strategy. His transportation career began in sales and to the presidency of two truck-lines before he launched his own, Mister "P" Express, Inc. His wife, Bunny, has 30 years experience in the transportation industry and works as Vice Chairman, working in all aspects of the business. Both are graduates of the General Electric management program.

His daughter, Cindy Parnell Collier, began her career in the trucking industry in 1987, starting in sales, and in 1999 became President of Mister "P" Express.
