Taped off construction area didn't stop customer Pam Kermeen writes: Ed, It was a beautiful Saturday morning. We had some errands to run and wanted to stop by Cafe on the Square. We parked by the annex building and enjoyed the walk around the square. We stopped at both businesses mentioned in this article and were disappointed to find them closed.
