Injury collision occurs at South Central/Tie Street, Campbellsville, KY

Two vehicle occupants taken to Taylor Regional Hospital following collision on South Central and Tie Streets after a 1988 Cadillac skidded into 2002 GMC Truck.

News from the Campbellsville, KY Police Department



Narrative: On November the 3, 2011, Officers from the Campbellsville Police Department responded to an injury accident at South Central Avenue at Tie Street. A 1988 Cadillac driven by 53 year old Valerie Shively of Campbellsville was traveling West on South Central Avenue when she skidded into a 2002 GMC truck traveling East bound. The GMC was driven by 41 year old Kevin Brown of North Carolina. Two passengers in the Shively vehicle 51 year old Shelia Curry and 69 year old Howard Edelen were not injured. One passenger in the Brown vehicle 84 year old Raymond Walters was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital. Brown was also transported to Taylor Regional Hospital.

Injured Removed by: Campbellsville/Taylor County EMS to: Taylor Regional Hospital.
