Alice Jean Lee, 84, Owenstown School Road, Russell Springs, KY, died Wednesday, October 24, 2011, in Greenwood, IN.

The funeral will be at 1pmCT, Friday, October 28, 2011, at Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. James Robertson the officiating clergy. Burial will be in the New Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Thursday, October 27, 2011, at the funeral home.



Alice Jean Lee, Russell Co. KY (1927-2011)

She was born February 4, 1927, in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Mary Ada Foley Wilson and Martin Luther WIlson. She died Wednesday, October 24, 2011, in Greenwood, Johnson County, IN at the age of 84 years, 8 months, and 20 days.

She was a homemaker and a member of the New Friendship United Baptist Church.

She is survived by the following:
  • Two sons: Eddie Gene (Mary) Lee, Greenwood, IN; Kevin Martin, (Thea) Lee, Bolton, TX

  • Four grandchildren: Donnie Lee and Tommy Stewart, both of Indianapolis, IN; Craig Lee, Philippine Islands; and Tommy Lee, Texas

  • Four great grandchildren: Chad and Whitney Lee, Ashley Lee, and Catlin Eskridge

  • Four sisters: Emma Thomas, Mt. Washington, KY; and Dean and Elizabeth Wilson, and Bonnie Franklin, all of Russell Springs, KY

  • One brother: Maxwell Wilson, Mt. Washington, KY
She was preceded by her husband, Edward C. Lee and by three brothers, Everett, Jimmy and Benny Wilson and two sisters, Joan Wilson, Elizabeth Foley.

Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY is in charge of arrangements.
