Only 22 have voted by absentee machine At 3:22pmCT, Monday, October 24, 2011, only 22 had voted using the absentee voting machine in the office of Adair County Court Clerk, Sheila Blair, in the Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. The machine is open during regular office hours, 8am-4:30pmCT, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays, October 29, and November 5, 2011 from 8am-12pm noon CT. The machine will close at4:30pmCT on election eve. The general election will be 6am-6pmCT, Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Interest in the election is particularly low.
