Thanks for success of Ronald McDonald House Wish List Drive Two trucks were loaded today at the Chamber Building, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY, with an estimated $10,000 of much needed items, equally divided to the Ronald McDonald Houses in Lexington and Louisville, KY Click on headline for story with photo(s) By Ellen Zornes Wow...thank you Adair County! Because of your generosity, two trucks were loaded with an estimated $10,000 of much needed donated items for the Ronald McDonald Houses of Lexington and Louisville. We also want to thank the many volunteers who helped to sort, box and load the trucks; the Chamber of Commerce and A.C.T.I.O.N. Generation for sponsoring the Wish List Drive and the media which helped to publicize it. So on behalf of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Wish List Committee, Gale Cowan, Pam Hancock, Brenda Mann, Roger Meadows, Telissa Moore, Norma Scott, Donna Stotts, and Ellen Zornes, we thank you for such a wonderful response to the Ronald McDonald Houses of KY.
