Wilda Gertrude Foley, Waco, KY (1920-2011) She was an avid nature lover and walked daily until her illness about a month ago. She loved children and animals and showed great love and compassion for both. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a past member of the DAV Auxiliary. She had worked as a bookkeeper Wilda Gertrude Foley, 91, Waco, KY, died Sunday, October 16, 2011, in Richmond, KY. The funeral service will be Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at 1pmCT,, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Curt Scott officiating. Burial will be in Free Union Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9amCT, Wednesday, October 19, 2011. She was born July 4, 1920, in Ariton, Dale County, AL. She was the daughter of the late Nettie Catherine Sanford Jones, and the late Harvey Alexander Jones. She died Sunday, October 15, 2011, in Waco, Madison County, KY, at the age of 91 years, 3 months, and 11 days. She was a member of the Church of Christ, a bookkeeper, and a past member of the DAV Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters. She is survived by the following:
