Treats on the Town is 4pm-7pm, Oct. 31, 2011 The increasingly popular Treats on the Town, a special time for children to have a safe and fun time Trick or Treating, will be 4pm-7pmCT, Monday, October 31, 2011, on the Square in Downtown Columbia, KY. Columbia/Adair County business people are asked to set up a table and give out treats to our most precious gems - our children. Everyone's support is needed in order to make this event happen.
