Lowell Warren Hickerson, Green County, KY (1949-2011) He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Community Baptist Church. He was owner and operator of Hickerson Lumber and Trucking. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served in the United States Army Mr. Lowell Warren Hickerson, 62, of Greensburg, Kentucky, departed this life on Monday, September 26, 2011 at his home in Greensburg. The funeral services for Mr. Lowell Warren Hickerson will be conducted at 1pmCT, Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 201 S. Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Greasy Creek Cemetery with full military honors. Bro. Mark Lile and Bro. Twyman Davis will be officiating.Visitation is requested 4pm-9pmCT, Wednesday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, and after 7amCT, Thursday, until time of the funeral service. Pallbearers: Ronald Matney, Danny Vessels, Jackie Jewell, Alan Froggett, Robbie Philpot, Barry Matney, Brady Matney, and Doug Aaron. Honorary: Jeff Huffman, Donnie Wright, David Hatfield, Matt LaPierre, Roy Davis, Lanny Pierce, Ronnie Slinker, David A. McKinney, Wesley Atwood, Richard "Bubba" Atwood, Brotherhood of the Community Baptist Church. Lowell Warren Hickerson, Green County, KY (1949-2011) Mr. Lowell Warren Hickerson of Greensburg, Kentucky, was the son of the late Ertry Wilkerson Hickerson and Mary Alice Finn Hickerson. He was born on February 24, 1949 in Green County, Kentucky and departed this life on Monday, September 26, 2011 at his home in Greensburg, Green County, Kentucky. He was 62 years, 7 months and 2 days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Community Baptist Church. He was owner and operator of Hickerson Lumber and Trucking. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served in the United States Army. He united in marriage to Carolyn McKinney Hickerson on March 7, 1970 who survives. Other survivors include the following:
