Dr. Richard Sarango Ponce, Medico Veterinario, Gobierno Autonomo Descentralizado Municipal Del Canton El Chaco; El Chaco Napo, Ecuador

Dr. Jose Martinez, Medico Veterinario, H. Gobierno Provincial De Tungurahua; Ambato, Ecuador.

Drs. Ponce and Martinez are in Kentucky on a 12 day exchange program with the U.S. Both are employed by the government of Ecuador. -FRED ROWE
