CM Events CHECKLIST for lightning quick, problem free posts

Make sure your submission includes ALL these elements:
  1. What is happening: (Revival, Game, Fair)
  2. Who: (Is sponsoring, is speaking)
  3. Where:
  4. (Street and Number: A must, if you don't know, your county address coordinator will know or will assign)
  5. When: 1) Time w/Zone, ex., 6pmCT/7pmET; 2) day of week, spelled out, ex. Monday, 3) date, ex. September 7, 2011.
  6. Why: Reason for the event
The name of the person submitting the Event is always added to the announcement. It's important to always include the full, complete Event in the latest email submitted. To maintain the no-cost service, CM's staff must post from ONE-EMAIL.

Remember to always send contact information in the body of the email: Email address AND Phone Number, just in case there's a question.

If there's a problem, send your item, wait two daytime hours, then call: 270-250-2730.
