The Jr. Indians match play record for the season stands at 7 wins and 0 losses for the season. Coach's Critique: We were tested today and we passed the test. We battled two very good teams and a tough day from mother nature to continue our winning streaks. We knew we would have our hands full today but our kids answered the call. We had not played in almost a week and our rust showed early but we pulled it together late to pick up the wins. We have talked all year long on how to be mentally tough and I truly believe that our kids are winning because of our mental game as much as we are with our physical talents and that is a very satisfying feeling. Next match:Adair Co. Boys Golf vs. Cumberland Co. at Dale Hollow The Indians will be back in action Thursday, September 8, 2011, at Dale Hollow State Park, 6371 State Park Rd. Burkesville, KY 42717 as they travel to take on Cumberland County. Tee time approximately 4pmCT. --Steve Burton This story was posted on 2011-09-08 09:55:22
