Carolyn Hadley, age 59 years of 7680 North Hwy 55, Jamestown, KY passed away Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 3:50amCT, at her home after several weeks illness.

Funeral service will be Monday August 29, 2011 at 2pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY. The Clergy officiating will be Bro. Stanley Watson. Interment in the Grant Cemetery at Glens Fork, KY. The family request visitation after 3pmCT, on Sunday, August 28, 2011, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Carolyn Hadley, Adair Co., KY (1952-2011)

She was born Tuesday, February 19, 1952, the daughter of the late Carlos and Lorene Pierce Helm of Adair Co., KY. She died Saturday, August 27, 2011, at the age of 59 years, 6 months, 8 days.

Survived by her husband, Gary Hadley of Jamestown, KY and the following:
  • One son: Eric Hadley and wife: Suzette of Jamestown, KY

  • One daughter: Tina Fletcher and husband: Kevin of Glensfork, K

  • Three brothers: Danny Helm, Billy Helm and Gary Helm all of Columbia, KY

  • Two sisters: Linda Blakey of Russell Springs, KY and Judy Butler of Columbia, KY

  • Six grandchildren: Lakisha Fletcher, Evan Fletcher, Wesley Fletcher, Austin Hadley, Grant Hadley, Jackson Hadley

  • Several nieces and nephews and a host of friends
She was preceded in death by a sister, Janeanne Upton.

Mrs. Hadley was a homemaker.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, in charge of arrangements.
