Florence Aldrighetti, Adair Co., KY (1927-2011)

She was a member of a respected South Adair Co., KY family. She was member of Pierce's Chapel Baptist Church, a retired factory worker and a homemaker.

Florence Aldrighetti age 84 a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia, KY passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 at 1:35pmCT at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY after several months illness.

The funeral service will be Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 11amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Elbert Hadley officiating. Interment will be in the Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. The family request visitation after 4:30pmCT on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, at the funeral home.

She was born in Fairplay, Adair Co., KY, on Saturday, February 19, 1927 the daughter of the late James Edwin and Alta Blair Taylor of Adair Co., KY. She died Monday, August 15, 2011, in Columbia, Adair Co., KY, at the age of 84 years, 5 months, and 25 days.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Angelo Aldrighetti on June 4, 1988Survived by the following:
  • One daughter: Bonnie Sue Spoon and husband Alvin of Glensfork, KY

  • One brother: Allen Taylor of Columbia, KY

  • Three grandsons: Jeffrey Spoon, Gary Spoon and Kevin Spoon all of Columbia, KY

  • Seven great grandchildren

  • Two step great grandchildren

  • Several nieces and nephews and a host of friends
Florence Aldrighetti was a member of the Pierce's Chapel Baptist Church, a retired factory worker, and a homemaker.
