She was an RN director at TJ Samson Hospital in Glagow, KY Elizabeth Arden Cawthorn age 65, of Glasgow, KY, died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, TN. Funeral services will be held 11amCT, Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East ST, Edmonton, KY with burial in the White Cemetery, Metcalfe Co., KY. Visitation will be 4:30pm-8pmCT, Monday, August 15, 2011, and after 9amCT, Tuesday at the funeral home. She was the daughter of the late Edgar Florence and Bertha Anderson Florence. She was an RN Director at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. She is survived by the following:
