The Blue Hemi went three times around Square, kinda sideways When there was no chase, the boys went back and did it again By Phil Burris I don't know where this ranks, but Glenn Staples and I did a pretty good job sweeping the Square. We were in the blue 66 Dodge Hemi of Columbia fame. We made 3 trips around the Square, kinda sideways and took off up Burkesville Street. No one chased us, so we went back and did it again. We kind of thought we had gotten away with it until the next night when we pulled in the Circle R. There were more cops than Smokey and the Bandit had after them.
