JIM: The dead arose

"Jim" sends this item:
R. G. Turner, son of George W. Turner, who was reported had joined the army, and died Camp Thomas last July, made his return last Saturday week, and on last Tuesday night stole Miss Daisy Akin, daughter of Dick Akin, and went to Tennessee and got married.

He wasn't as near dead as people thought.
And adds, "This wry report of a Lazarus sighting appeared in the Harrod's Fork newsletter in the December 7, 1898 edition of the News" -JIM
