Animal Shelters: Russell goes to Pulaski; Metcalfe to Edmonson Both former clients of Adair's shelter are taking care of situation responsibly. Agrees with previous writer that pet owners need to act responsibly, too. Heather Evans writes: Russell county is now taking their animals to Pulaski county shelter and Metcalfe is taking their animals to Edmonson county.
