Columbia Rotary Club gives $7,000 To Lindsey Wilson scholarship fund Click on headline for full story plus photo(s) By Duane Bonifer News from Lindsey Wilson College Members of the Columbia Rotary Club recently gave $7,000 to Lindsey Wilson College. The money, which the Rotarians raised during 2010-11, will be used to provide scholarships to Adair County residents who attend the college. More than 350 Adair County residents attended LWC in 2010-11. The college's 2011 fall term begins on August 17, 2011. Those presenting a facsimile check to the LWC Vice President for Educational Outreach and Student Financial Services Denise Fudge, were Rotarian Hunter Durham; Rotary President Jerry Hall; Rotarian Dawson Cunningham; Rotarian Kaye Bowman; Rotarian Phil Hanna; Rotarian George Koblenschlag; and Rotarian Ted Caldwell.
