Trust of Life: Adair County numbers improve, but are still dismal

"Jim" sent a link on Adair County's "progress" in signing up Organ Donors. He adds this unfortunate assessment, "Adair is up some but still woefully behind several of the adjoining counties." Only one of the counties, Taylor - which has nearly three times the number of donors as Adair - has a higher population. The need is great. Signing the card today as important an action as almost any of us could do today.
  1. Taylor Co., KY: 4,755 have signed organ donor cards
  2. Russell Co., KY: 4,584 have signed organ donor cards
  3. Metcalfe Co., KY: 2,098 have signed organ donor cards
  4. Casey Co., KY: 1,816 have signed organ donor cards
  5. Green Co., KY: 1,702 have signed organ donor cards
  6. Adair Co, KY: 1,688 have signed organ donor cards
  7. Cumberland Co., KY, 1,125 have signed organ donor cards

There's also a Directory of Circuit Court Clerk's in the 7 county Adair, Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell and Taylor County areas in CM Healthcare. There's also a link to online registration at Donate Life, perhaps the easiest method of all.
