Short hair Chihuahua missing from N. 55 home, Columbia, KY

Bobby and Tammy Burton write:
We have a missing short hair Chihuahua. He is light brown and white in color and goes by the name of Toby. He is missing from the North Hwy 55 area about 3 miles out.
