(Ad) Tips for Yard Sales Buyers and Sellers

1) Buyers Tip 1: Follow the posts of CM Easy Find Yard Sales all week. Make a list of the items you need just as you do for grocery and store shopping. Plan your Yard Sale Route to get the the most important items before someone else does. You're not greedy, but that's the nature of Yard Sales. Usually they're selling one of a kind items. You may not want to pass up a truly great impulse bargain, but your money will go farther with pre-planning.

2) Buyers Tip 2: The more you tell, the more you sell. List at least the broad ranges of items you have. List very important information about bigger items. If the pickup truck needs a transmission, let readers know up front. If it has unusual provenance, tell that, too. The last thing you want is a disappointed potential customer.
