Funeral services were at 2pmET/1pmCT, Sunday, June 5, 2011, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, by Rev. Don Gowin & Rev. Ron Young. Burial will be in Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery. Geary E. Newcomb, Taylor Co., KY (1932 - 2011) Geary E. Newcomb was the son of the late Robert Newcomb and Irene Rafferty Newcomb. He was born in Marion Co., KY, Monday, April 18, 1932. He died on Friday, June 3, 2011, in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 79 years, 1 months, and 16 days. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Green River Memorial Baptist Church. He was a retired elevator mechanic with Powers Elevator Company in Lexington, KY. He was a member of the Pitman Masonic Lodge #124 F & AM. He united in marriage to Lottie Akridge December 24, 1954. Beside his wife, Lottie Newcomb, he is survived by the following:
