I think the police would have an easy time with tickets! - Donna SaundersYou're right. But we hope that tickets and fines are never the point or aim of the local police. Our hope is that no one is ever fined. We'd rather see design changes, education, and 'time out/coffee break' stops by police to make the streets safe.
