Court Clerk Sheila Blair Adair County Court Clerk Sheila Blair has announced the election officers for the 16 precincts of Adair County for the Primary Election, Tuesday, May 17, 2011. In addition to the precinct officers, listed below, the Adair County Board of Elections consists of Sheriff Harrison Moss, and Billy Curry, representing the Republican Party, and Ben Loy, representing the Democratic Party.
