High as a bird, view of Wolf Creek Dam Had to replace the beacon on top of the tower at work today. I took my camera along for the view. Rare view from atop the tower 250 ft above the ground and about 400 ft above the dam. Used fisheye to get a wider angle. -Brent Thompson Seen in the ColumbiaMagazine group on Flickr.

2011-05-05 - From Tower above Wolf Creek Dam - Photo by Brent Thompson.
Wolf Creek Dam from the sky: Had to replace the beacon on top of the tower at work today. I took my camera along for the view. Rare view from atop the tower 250 ft above the ground and about 400 ft above the dam. You can see water on the spillway gates due to the rise in lake elevation from all the rain. -Brent Thompson Seen in the ColumbiaMagazine group on Flickr.
