Memorial services for Wallace Levon Hadley, April 23, 2011

Wallace Levon Hadley age 76 years of the Cundiff Community passed away Friday, January 21, 2011 at 8:45pmCT, at his home after an illness.

A Memorial service will be at the family home 194 Sandy Fork Road, the Cundiff community on Saturday. April 23, 2011 at 1pmCT with Rev. David Madding the officiating clergy.

Wallace Levon Hadley, Adair Co., KY, (1934-2011)

He was born on December 10, 1934. He was the son of the late Clurel L. and Helen Gertrude Buster Hadley of Adair County. He died Friday, January 21, 2011, in Cundiff, Adair Co., KY, at the age of 76 years, 1 month, and 11 days.

He was married 45 years to Adrian Doris Sullivan, who survives.

Also surviving are the following:
  • Three daughters: Lou Ann Peery of Haymarket, VA; Lisa Reyna of Bardstown, KY; Dori Ellen Sturgill of Hickory, KY

  • Two brothers: Ernest E. Hadley of Cundiff, KY; and Delno Hadley of Louisville, KY

  • Two sisters: Faye Willan of Louisville, KY and Margaret Bickett of Macon, GA

  • Six grandchildren

  • One great granddaughter

  • Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends surviveHe was a member of Melson Ridge Community Baptist Church. He was Credit Manager for Chevron for the State of KY, was the owner and operator of Hadley Oil Co.; Mayfield, KY he had served in the U. S. Army and was a Kentucky ColonelMemoriasl are suggested to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research at Church Street Station P. O. Box 780, New York, NY 10008-0780 in memory of Wallace Levon Hadley.
