Adair Co. Road Dept. busy clearing fallen trees Adair County Roads Superintendent Jobe Darnell said this morning that so far, he has no reports of serious flood damage to the county road system, but his department has been busy since 3amCT, this morning, Wednesday, April 20, 2011, clearing roads of fallen trees from all parts of the county to the other, east to west and north to south, and nigh smack in the middle. Fallen trees had to be removed from Bliss RD, Old Gradyville RD, Brock Sneed RD, Dirigo RD, Powell's Creek RD, Rutledge RD, Bryant RD, Hovious Ridge RD, and East 80 Estates.
