Campbellsville University to sign transfer agreement with KCTCS Many two year state community college students in the area will benefit from transfer agreement, including students at Somerset Community College's centers and Elizabethtown Community College in South Central Kentucky, and Jefferson Community College students living near CU's Louisville Center. By Christina Miller News from Campbellsville University CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY - Campbellsville University will sign a transfer agreement with Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) Tuesday, April 5 at 1:30pmET/12:30pmCT, in the Chowning Executive Dining Room in Winters Dining Hall, 411 North Columbia AV, Campbellsville, KY. The event is free and open to the public. The agreement is part of KCTCS' goals to increase student access, transfer and success. The agreement includes a statewide MOA - Memorandum of Agreement - for applied associate programs to transfer to a bachelor program at Campbellsville University. Programs include: criminal justice, business administration, business management, early childhood education and interdisciplinary early childhood education. This is the first multi-program agreement between KCTCS and other institutions. Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University; Dr. Michael B.
