Seven Lindsey Wilson Cheerleaders receive MSC honors Recognized at Frankfort Civic Center: Lizzie Lieske, Korianne Cox, Heather Gordon, Kayla Johnson, Dorothy Karcher, Emily Keeton, and Kelsey Whelan. Click on headline for full story, photo(s) By Duane Bonifer News from Lindsey Wilson College Frankfort, KY -Seven Lindsey Wilson College cheerleaders were honored Wednesday night by the Mid-South Conference. The seven LWC cheerleaders were honored during the MSC's annual cheerleading competition, held at the Frankfort Civic Center. Overall, LWC placed fourth in the seven-team competition. Six LWC cheerleaders received MSC All-Academic honors, and two LWC cheerleaders were named to the MSC All-Conference squad. Receiving All-Academic honors were: Korianne Cox of Columbia; Heather Gordon of Stanford, KY; Kayla Johnson of Hawesville, KY; Dorothy Karcher of Worthville, KY; Emily Keeton of Monticello, KY; and Kelsey Whelan of Rineyville, KY. Cheerleaders who receive MSC All-Academic honors have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and be a member of the sophomore class or higher.
