Single vehicle crash injures 2 unbelted occupants in Marion CO. Both driver and passenger ejected from vehicle. By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Trooper Jonathan Houck is investigating a collision that occurred at 11:33amET, today, Monday, February 28, 2011, on KY 208 approximately 4 miles west of Lebanon. KY. 57 year old Donna Simpson, of Lebanon, KY, was operating a 1995 Chevrolet eastbound on KY 208. Simpson ran off the roadway and struck a culvert. There was one passenger in the Simpson vehicle, 48 year old Johnny McQueen of Loretto. Neither Simpson nor McQueen were belted. Both were ejected from the vehicle, and were transported to Spring View Hospital for treatment of their injuries.
