Chad Alan Thrasher, 27, of Burkesville, KY, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2011, at his residence in Burkesville, KY.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 23, 2011, at 11amCT at Ballou and Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with Dr. Mark Shelton officiating. Burial will be in the Stockton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3pm-9pmCT on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.

Chad Alan Thrasher was born in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., Kentucky on Wednesday, September 14, 1983, to Deneen Heydon Carlson and Timmy Thrasher. He died Sunday, February 20, 2011, at his residence in Burkesivlle, KY at the age of 27 years, 5 months, and 6 days.

He was a graduate of Cumberland County High School, and had worked as a utilities lineman.Survivors Include the following:
  • His mother: Deneen Carlson of Indianapolis, IN

  • His father: Timmy Thrasher of Burkesville, KY

  • One son: Grant Alan Thrasher of Burkesville, KY

  • daughter: Elizabeth Ann Norris of Burkesville, KY

  • brother: Travis Cook of Indianapolis, IN

  • His grandmother: Barbara Heydon of Indianapolis, IN

  • His great-grandmother: Cora Moore of Indianapolis, IN

  • and a host of aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends
Ballou and Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Burkesville, KY in charge of arrangements.
