Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustment meets March 9, 2011

Public Notice

Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustmentwill hold a Public Hearing on March 9, 2011 at 6pmCT, in City Hall, 116 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, to consider the following:
  1. Request for Conditional Use Permit to allow beauty salon inside residence at 105 West Guardian Street.

  2. Request for Conditional Use Permits at both 307 Jamestown St. and305 Fairground St. to allow both single family residences to be used asdormitory type residences for college students.
The Hearing is open to the public.
