Adair drivers license division down 1 day Feb. 21, 2011 It's part of a nationwide, planned outage; system will be back online Tues., Feb, 22, 2011 Due to a nationwide system outage, the driver's license division of the Adair County Circuit Clerk's office will be unable to issue licenses and ID's on Monday, February 21, according to Dennis Loy, Circuit Clerk. "We were notified Wednesday, February 16, 2011, by the State division of Driver's licensing, Transportation Cabinet, about the outage. We know this will pose an inconvenience to some, and we regret it, but it is out of our control," Mr. Loy said. The outage includes networks nationwide.
