Met a lot of nice people on Greyhound bus rides to Columbia

Nun once rode past Springfield with her just so she could see Columbia

Pattie McClister writes:
I used to ride the Greyhound bus every month, over a period for two years to visit my grandparents, Hazel and Gladys Blades.

I was 14 or 15 and kind of scared. After my first trip, I met some nuns from St. Catharines in Springfield they would always save me a seat on the bus.

One time one of them rode all the way with me. She said it was just so she could see Columbia.

I really met a lot of nice people on that bus. At that time we got off at the hotel on the square. -Pattie McClister
