Trim Down Taylor Program starts March 3, 2011 The Taylor Co. Extension Office, 1143 S. Columbia AV, will host weight reduction clinics starting from 4:30-5:15pmCT, on Thursday, March 3, 2011. The eight week program is designed to improve lifestyle with wiser eating and exercising. There will be a weekly Thursday weigh-in and short presentations. The enrollment fee is $10. If you have a weight loss or no weight gain, you pay nothing extra at weigh-ins. But, if you gain weight, you must pay a $1.00 fine and that money is added to the "pot." If you do not come to class and miss making up your weigh-in at the Extension Office, you pay a $2.00 fine to the pot. At the final weigh-in, everyone who loses 7% of his/her entry weight shares the pot. Each participant will receive a log book and educational materials from the speakers. Reservation may be made now by calling (270) 465-4511. Carolyn Morris This story was posted on 2011-02-15 08:04:22
