Coffee Can Fund provides Christmas for 21 children in 2010

It's a project of Plum Point Baptist Church

By Ludora Perkins
News from Plum Point Baptist Church

The information is in on the 2010 Plum Point Baptist Church Coffee Can Fund for Christmas 2010.

We took 21 children Christmas shopping, spending $200.00 on each of them. They got clothes, toys, games, or anything else they really wanted and/or needed.Hopefully, their Christmas was made happier and brighter because of this.

Some of our recipients were from as far away as Elizabethtown, KY.

With our Coffee Can Fund we not only do Christmas shopping for the kids, but we still help people who are in need in one way or another.

If anyone would like to be a part of this great mission, our church mailing address is Plum Point Baptist Church, 6107 Knifley RD., Colulmbia, KY 42728. (just specify Coffee Can Fund)

Thanks you very much.
