Car/snow plow collision results in injury MAP of SPARKSVILLE RD AREA Special ColumbiaMagazine.com story Columbia, KY (2011-02-11) - A collision occurred on Sparksville RD, between Fairplay and Chance, on Thursday, February 10, 2011, when a 1991 Toyota passenger operated by Phyllis McHam of Columbia, KY, and a State Salt Truck equipped with a snow plow collided on a slick roadway. The snow plow was operated by Brandon Petty, also of Columbia. McHam was transported by Adair EMS to Westlake Regional Hospital, in Columbia, KY where she was treated and released.
